When I think at all those times, when our guests are in the restaurant, I see all my team working along me, and that are undoubtly the builder and craftsmen of the well being of the restaurant Ma Langue Sourit.

I tell myself that a team is before anything a spirit, meetings and exchange, and luck too…

Around the plates, Frederic, my dear assistant, has some obvious qualities and known from the whole team, Pauline, Sandrine and Jean – Patrick for their strength and amazing behaviour; and Damien, a pastry chef, that lives his work like a passion. In this Restaurant room, Pierre manage, see, anticipate and communicates with the kitchen, doing. Pierre shows every day a professionalism without any failure.

Virginie is looking for the wines, going from one discovery to another one. She always wants to learn, understand and give her pleasure and passion of being a wine waitress. Benedicte, a professional, a smile and always perfectionist.

The success of a restaurant depends on so many things, but because of those people success can be drawn.

Anne-Sophie, Jules et Louis, that is simply my family, the energy and the support I need to go further every day !
