Our philosophy is first of all the love of our products.

Cooking starts by a strict quality selection of our products. We select a lot of “Bio” products from local craftsman, but also from French and Belgium suppliers. Market gardener, butcher, fisherman or peasant farmer, that we select for the best quality.

Colours and freshness are element that guaranties a taste discovery, flavour and even the rediscovery of some products.

We offer you every month a new Menu with seasonal products: Vegetables, risotto or even cereals.

The products are before all, the Actors of the kitchens, look for them. but respect them and try to use them without taking their taste away.

In Luxembourg, we have the chance to find a lot of interesting products, coming from the country, but also from France, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, and many more.....

We are trying to work with passionate people, craftsman, farmer or gardener that are Bio.

But we have to keep in mind that a lot of the product have raised in price, and that or a restaurant it is always a game of balance.We know that the link quality – price is extremely important for our customers.
